      Pros

      The salary is good. It is alleged the biggest mining company.

      Cons

      A text book example of bureaucracy, office politics, dysfunctional communication, and operational inefficiency. Talk the talk of walk the talk, but never walk. Condescending attitude from HR and middle management, dictating from senior management. Ridiculous "clean office" policy, yet heard multiple times staffs who privately complain it talk about how good it is in office.

      Pros

      Really good keeping people satisfied at work and permanent motivation. Salaries are the best of the country and everyone knows it. There is real opportunities to work abroad trough the company and also go up to a management level

      Cons

      Mining locations are far from good cities. When you are alone / single it's ok, but when you have a family, it is complicated the shift-life vs family time. If you are ok seeing your family 3 days a week only, go for it, but I got tired of it
