      Pros

      High salary, good benefits, 21 days of al. Atas branding.

      Cons

      Poor communication. Communication from upper management is not transparent and honest. Company is going thru a lot of restructuring. Job instability and alot of office politics.

      Pros

      Safe and comfortable environment, most people don't work too hard. The remuneration is very competitive. Great place to work when you can find a team of good people within it.

      Cons

      Slow career progression in the absence of a senior "sponsor". Very risk averse organisation - very few opportunities to take risks in pursuit of breakthrough ideas. This is an organisation intent on reinforcing past success as opposed to investing in innovation. Decisions are generally to be avoided, as there are limited consequences to making non-decisions. When decisions are take it is usually after a period of "analysis paralysis" where hundreds of powerpoint slides are generated. Inspirational leaders tend to "self select" out of the organisation.

      Huge, very well financed corporation

      Cons

      Terribly mismanaged assignment. Bureaucracy and red tape were by far the most dysfunctional I have every seen in 30 years of corporate experience.
