      Pros

      Excellent salary and benefits, relatively safe for an underground coal mine. State of the art safety and production systems.

      Cons

      Passive aggressive management, safety training so far beyond what is needed, it's redundant and unnecessary. Broken and unfair employee review system, tied to your bonus. You are a number; this is a massive corporation spread over the entire world. Groupthink is common. Pointless meetings are pointless, but also mandatory.
