      Pros

      Positive working environment, people get used to all the bonuses and don't realize how great they have it. Always fresh fruit and other snacks in the lunch room along with soda and lattes. Comparable vacation time. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Too many managers, could use more workers. Money is wasted on too many consultants rather than using in house technical knowledge.

      Pros

      Met some great people and made lifelong relationships. I believe the basic ideas of the company are good and safety is number 1.

      Cons

      They do not listen to employees, many power struggles within the ever changing management structure. The career ladder and advancement opportunities are not based on merit. Hard work and effort is not recognized unless you are willing to be the squeaky wheel.
