      Awesome work location, great scope and size of work and prospects

      Cons

      There is a great disparity between the talent. The top 20% are responsible for 80% of the work. The bottom 80% are mediocre.

      Good benefit , good pay, takes care of employees on daily basis (reduced lunch prices, exercise classes, coffee/drinks and snacks)

      recent decisions by management result in many redundancies and as a result there is low employee moral and no job security.

      Galleria location. $2 lunch although rising to $5.

      Cons

      Red tape makes your job impossible. SAP application is a joke. Senior management are in a different world and talk about being leaders in deepwater etc when obviously we are are not.
