      Great Benefits! Good salary and bonus structure.

      Cons

      Management is lacking the skills to do a good job. Too much dependence on outsourcing. Contractors/outsource have more pull with management.

      Pros

      - Great remuneration package. Really. Most people (even if they were very dissatisfied with the company) stay for the $$$ that they suspect they can't command elsewhere. - I truly enjoyed some project opportunities here. The challenges created great opportunities, at least for me. - Very healthy budget to work on any size of project.

      Cons

      - Your progression is 100% on yourself. For such a huge organisation, not employing a world-class HR team is rather short sighted. - If there's an opening, I've seen a couple of times that due to connection, they would much prefer to get someone overseas than a local, even if it cost them much much more. Then during HR submit, they reviewed that they aren't able to get local talents. BS. Seen it so many times I just couldn't agree with this inequality treatment.

      Pros

      Great benefits, good location, flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Managers gossip with each other not trustworthy, don't speak up eventually it will come back on you in year in collaborations some manager will be offended. If you disagree with your supervisors they will get really defensive and of course they won't get in any trouble but you will. Working at BHPB used to be good but now there is nothing that's concrete and things are changing too often. All the changes is making employees uncomfortable and won't say anything because they are afraid of losing their job. It's hard to move up or change positions there is no clear career development.
