Pros

Great culture! Friendly, supportive co-workers for the most part. Almost everyone I dealt with in Finance was always willing to help. Pay is competitive.

Cons

They spend a fortune ($1M) on a Christmas party that is mediocre at best. HR department used to be terrible but has gotten much better. Work/life balance is great for managers and higher-ups.

Large company with many and varied opportunities across the globe. Attractive benefits and generally very good salary.

Cons

Easy to get lost in the system and feel like a number. Jobs can be very prescribed and formulaic. Not a lot of interaction or knowledge share across different sites doing the same thing.
