      Pros

      Super benefits, really nice people. Some of this was because they acquired a quality company.

      Cons

      If you are brought in as an outsider from another company through acquisition, your chances of moving up are limited.

      Pros

      Good Pay. Good Corporate Brand. Good work life balance. Solid physical assets. Very nice offices. Well developed standardised processes, which are designed to be idiot-proof. Good place to work for many years if one is an average performer.

      Cons

      Opportunities and promotions are awarded based on relationship, rather than skillset and capability. End result is high incidence of overpaid, mediocre individuals in leadership roles. Hurts morale of high performing staff.

      Great benefits, competitive compensation packages, great office environment. Bring your own device for phone.

      Cons

      Code of conduct isn't as strong as they say. Complaints aren't investigated as they should be. People put in manager roles just because they have a degree.
