      Pros

      Strong safety culture, great a developing their employees by providing training and allowing employees to rotate roles. Operations are run through engineering and planning as opposed to hard-nosed operations personnel.

      Cons

      Australian management pushes policies that work well in Australia but not always as well in the U.S. Very process oriented which slows how fast work gets completed.

      Pros

      Good remuneration. Theoretically many good opportunities

      Cons

      Trying to change too many things but nothing is sticking well. Lack of knowledge and expertise - due to constraint of locations seems to try to recruit anyone available....they are really nice people but really does not fit the business aspiration and makes it hard to work with. Very much challenged with the current commodity cycle.
