      Pros

      Shopfloor crew are great with some excellent people shouldering the workload Cafeteria is great, cheap Interesting work with good learning opportunities

      Cons

      Middle management (Snr Managers to VP level) are useless Constant reorganization erodes staff morale to minimum Safe to speak up culture sprouted by management is an absolute farce as they are not honest in return

      Pros

      Excellent company with strong professional personnel. Salary and benefits at a very high level. If I had the opportunity to work for BHP in the future I would at earnest seek out re-employment.

      Cons

      An internal company with a hard line of putting like kind individuals in leadership roles. Ability to speak frankly is not very well excepted due to the management personnel that were put in place and their belief of employee feed back when asked for constructive criticism.
