      Pros

      CEO has the right priorities with respect to the free market economy and preparing for sustainability in the future and drives a mentoring and inclusive work culture. Good salary and benefits by local standards, multi-cultural work environment (although that has been reducing over the years), some great people managers/mentors.

      Cons

      Lack of clear accountability. projects waste money/time hiring contractors, travel and costly technology with low value to end users. frequent org changes, long processes, difficult to use tools. So staff is 'busy' for months without actually delivering on commitments.

      Fabulous benefits! They are really trying to change the corporate attitude.

      Cons

      All comes down to the bottom line. They lay off the wrong people and keep the ones who have no business being there. Then you lay off perfectly good hard working employees who would bend over backwards to help the team, just lacked some of the skills needed but really wanted to learn and would have with enough time.
