Once you have found the parts with great culture, stay there! Conditions are quite good, share scheme is worth it, BHP operating system (BOS) is a continuous improvement system expected of everyone from the CEO down.

Cons

Diversity label is used for discrimination, performance assessments can be on indicators outside your control, many leaders are better experts than people managers.
