      Toxic culture with rampant bullying

      Lateral movement opportunities. Strong policies. Well known company offering secure roles

      Cons

      Whilst policies are strong, they are relaxed the higher you get. Bullying is rife, especially from high level leadership who should know better. Leader’s actively and overtly bullying others are protected. Victims are left with no support and to fend for themself, even after reporting. The ethics poin process makes no provision for removing victims from harm, during investigation, or beyond. The culture is so toxic across the board. It’s the worst it’s ever been. This comes from GM level through. I have worked across many areas. Avoid Newman Operations at all costs if you want to stay safe. This company no longer values its people. Work here is you like being treated as a number, not a person
