Generous, healthy work culture and environment, world class office and benefits, laptop and tools are provided, flexible working schedule, safe space to open up, no blaming game (impvt. process focused)

Cons

Long recruitment process - but I finally understood it once I worked with the team. All employees are carefully chosen not just the skills/experience but most especially the values and character to be able to maintain a healthy environment (as much as possible)
