      Horizontal Career opportunities are good (switching roles across capabilities / teams) Good wage Hybrid 3 office 2 home Interesting work

      Cons

      Difficult for vertical career opportunities / Low promotion opportunities unless you are junior. Not many junior roles. Management / team cultures are hit and miss. Some leadership are not good some are good. Things gone downhill in technology teams after diane Jurgens and Rag left the CTO roles. Expect restructures in technology teams every year or two (gets tiring).
