      must be able to adapt to changes regardless in org reporting ,management or even the daily workflow sometime it took long hours to complete task stress to get task done start early and think can finish early sacrifice time to meet deadline high expectation on kpi weekly kpi review must be ready all time must know what you are supposed to do and prepare a lot of work instruction to read a lot of platform to refer for info extensive training some time very tiring medical benefit amount for dependent not so good performance review every 3 months must complete mandatory training or else your supervisor will reach and ask some supervisor/manager have favoritism attitude
