Continuously improving to be a better employer. They don't do it because they have to, but they want to. Still the best place I have worked so far.

Cons

- lack of clear growth and meaningful training offered, especially those with certification. - while change is good, change without stabilising the impacting teams are not wise, it's like poking on the wounds repeatedly. People can't grow or implement what they have just learned, so if you need clarity and stability, probably this isn't for you. - Serious consideration is required before implementing a change or start a big project. Include people who actually do the work or will be impacted, could save the company unnecessary cost and retain talent.
