Pros
The job was pretty easy and the hours are quite predictable
Cons
The workflow is chaotic. I never know what I'm going to do at any point in time. I sometimes get requests from different heads and supervisors, sometimes none at all. I never know what to expect and I am always expected to look busy. I am also expected to (out of my own accord) look for extra work to do. Pay is modest at best. Upper management wouldn't even acknowledge my existence
