Horrible culture, bias staff performance appraisal which is based on familiarity, its a small office so some of the staff have worked there for a long time and they are all buddies , its like high school and if u are are a minority (Asian or black) you will feel it everyday, the worst managers I have ever worked for so unless you are jobless don't go there they will ruin your mental health. One of the partners is a psycho even the other partners know
