      Good medical, retirement and other benefits. Training programs. School reimbursement plans. Company pays for CPA prep courses. However The cons at this office location far outweigh the pros

      Cons

      Untrustworthy managers and partners. A lot of back biting between managers, seniors, and associates. Culture at that office focuses more on billable hours and not the well being of its non-managerial employees. Overall company advertises a work life balance for all employees but this ultimately depends on the partners willingness to implement . High turnover. Many employees in this office miss work due to illness. Better work hours with a Big 4.

      A good environment to work in and a defined career path for each employee. JD's are communicated and reviewed regularly.

      Overall working environment is good although as most of the employees are expatriates and more social events could be good to have.

      Great place if you are passionate about technology. There is an expert in everything, and so I am always learning from my peers. Very team oriented environment where everyone will make time to help you, provide experienced advice, and in general just brainstorm with. You will work with top tier tech professionals on every project. If you are driven, want to work with cutting edge technology and continuously learn, and enjoy success then this is a place for you.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any cons. 401k match and more vacation time would be nice, but the compensation makes up for that. I enjoy both the work and people at swc, nothing negative there.
