Pros

Very flexible workplace, strong support for work life balance. There is ample learning and development opportunities available to employees if they are desired

Cons

The average pay is lower then competing firms which can be frustrating sometimes. Sometimes can seem disorganized, but makes up for it by having easy people to work with.

Pros

An environment where you are given full autonomy to execute projects as long as clients are satisfied.

Cons

Director is not involved in most projects and also lacks any real skills or knowledge. Lack of leadership/mentorship and support for staff. Salary and benefits way below market rates. The bond of 18 months is not justified as you hardly receive any formal training. It is simply in place to overcome the high turnover rate.

Pros

Very smart and committed group of professionals who are gaining new business in record growth numbers without compromising the level of support to their exiting client base.

Cons

Run a little lean....some of the worst admin ratios per professional I have experienced (all with poor skill sets, too); inefficiencies like this throughout firm could actually make an otherwise sound and growing firm be even more competitive.
