- 1.5y + notice period bond - 3y Laptop bond - salary way below average market rate - Minimal annual leave - High employee turnover - No strategic direction - culture of favouritism and passive aggressiveness amongst management - Culture of opaqueness across office - Overselling beyond capabilities to potential clients encouraged; overselling to potential employees actively practiced - Micromanagement - Unwillingness to take accountability and blame-shifting - Poor appraisal system (sometimes totally neglected) and job scope creep - indifference to feedback and therefore refusal to change - Strict IT surveyance - Little to no interaction between overseas offices - Internationally acclaimed company name masks the reality of working in the Singapore office
