Fantastic people, great culture, tons of flexibility, love our office space, great communication with management teams, transparency on financials, did I say great people?

Cons

Lots of work and can be long hours but it is expected. Busy season is all year now.

Culture is the biggest plus, Partners are good and they give you adequate study leave for exams which is nice :)

Cons

They tend to pile work onto you and can interfere with your lifestyle, a bit dry but that's expected in the industry
