Pros

Good exposure to a broad range of industries and types of financial reports.

Cons

Unrealistic and unhealthy expectations of working hours BDO Flex does does not function as advertised Salary increases and bonuses (if any) are not commensurate with work output Most problems could be mitigated by better management, although they don't seem to care enough about their staff to make any changes.

good company easy interview nice location. the people who work there are very nice and calm and its a great team in general.

Cons

well its not a big 4 so thats a con but at least you get more hands on experience with them since they will help you out more. hours are long 50 plus
