Pros

The people here are some of the smartest, unselfish, and helpful people you can ask to work with. Management cares about your needs and go out of their way to staff you to projects you feel you'd be better at. Especially great company to work for if you're still in the beginning of your career.

Cons

I wish they would go after national and international clients and give consultants an opportunity to travel more to places outside of the Chicago land area.
