Pros

Professional development environment which lets you learn how SDLC should be. Strictly waterfall which is good for no risk people.

Cons

Very boring technology (CoolGen) No room for agile. Extremely stuctured. Terrible location. Poor salary. You have to wear suits which is impossible to understand.

Pros

Really none. If you just want a high pressure, micro-managed position with someone and reports looking over your shoulder daily than this is the employer for you. Trust me, you can be the top performer for years and have a "down" six months on goals, you're looking at the front door to exist stage right.

Cons

High turnover in all positions, especially management. When I left, there were three managers that contacted me and said if "they're pressuring you to get it on track in 30 days or look elsewhere" they put out their resumes and took management positions with other banks within 60 days. They were also steady producers of results.
