Pros

it is a really relaxed life with no pressure at all. if you feel the pressure, you are stupid, you will never get promoted!

Cons

- no promotions - terrible salaries - all of the young people leave (and they are the smart ones). The stupid people are the ones that stay - this bank has a terrible promotion policy framework, were they promote you in terms of "external category", but not internally (ie. you can tell people externally to the organisation you are an "associate" or a "vp", or a "director", but internally, you are lowly payed like an analyst. - being at the bank for several years, my salary never increased
