      1. Way too many "managers" in every department. 2. Pressure sales tactics 3. You're typical banking industry greed 4. Redundant work

      Great Benefits, unbelievable job / work freedom, usually sound interest rate(s), competitive

      Cons

      low pay, performance plans that apply to below six figure employees, that don't apply to senior management, company does not care that you are a commission only employee. Post closing, loan servicing to the consumer is horrible.
