Pros

The best reason to work for Compass is the opportunity to for me to learn from really experienced bankers and businessmen. In the year that I have worked for the bank I have the opportunity to grow and expand my knowlege base.

Cons

There seems to be a lack of communication at times with top managers and lower level workers.

Pros

The best reasons to work at BBVA Bancomer are that you don't really need much experience, they train you for the job for about 3 days. The job is easy, the customers are real nice, most of them atleast. the pay is ok for starting. I liked the job.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working at Bancomer are that you have to work on weekends. Most managers take advantage of being managers.
