      Pros

      Family oriented management. Cosmopolitan company with multi cultural environment with staff all over the world in a small office. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Nationalist company culture. Extremely political. Lacks development program for administrative staff. Behind in technology, still in stone age era. Decision making dependence.

      Pros

      Get holidays and Sundays off. Products are competitive.

      Cons

      Promotions are rare and only for the men. Some of the branches have good management but most lack employee support from management to grow professsionally and drive business to the bank. Total lack of leadership. I meet customers who are my neighbors because I bank in the community I live and I am concerned about their opinions of my branch's management. When these concerns come from the customer, there is a problem.
