      Pros

      -Tons of free stuff, bonuses, shuttle to/from house, daily free lunch/dinner, crazy overtime pay (if all 40 hours on Sunday %50 of your monthly salary) -Depending on your department, you can have great experience with recent technologies, and cool languages. -Pretty relaxed if you do your job well, time to time it gets really stressful, but, hey, is there any IT place without some stress? -I had really good co-employees and managers, but heard there are really weird ones out there.

      Cons

      -Depending on your department, you can have really old technologies, languages, and boring tasks. -They still use mid-90's techs, such as GEN, a millennium old mainframe, and that silly language called Cobol. (Still they use C#) -Location is pretty ugly, terrible neighborhood in Istanbul, hard to reach from most parts. Traffic is a reason to suicide. (Even with a company shuttle) -Working environment is not terrible, but pretty uncomfortable. It can get really warm, and stuffy in any season, plus terrible chairs.

      Chance to move functions and learn lots. Very kind, social, talented and helpful people inside. One of the only global and big companies putting lots of efforts to become innovative and flexible - still some work to do but will get there sooner and better than others

      Global company, you get to travel or work with many international locations Strong innovation culture building up, new ways of working, new spaces/headquarters allow for a close relationship of employees and better atmosphere Compensation depends where you work, bonus is normally very good news Change the bank projects are very interesting as the bank is committed to be digital and evolve in the ways of working Management is accessible

      management board still needs to work more in new values and understand that being flexible, innovative and merit rewarding are keys to keep employees motivated

      Pros

      There is a lot of training and you get to have a good network inside and outside of the company. Also, the company has invested in technology and in the branches.

      Cons

      The is a great mobility if you are good at sales. However, there is a lot of change in the positions and sometimes you have to adapt pretty fast.
