      Pros

      Great team to work with. Lots of interesting proyect's in which to work, with great learning opportunities. As it was the BBVA Innovation Center, there were lots of chances to learn new things, related with how business are transforming into the digital world.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficulties to hold up with the schedules. Not enough communication between the team, which leaded to having two or more teams working on the same thing.

      Pros

      Big, prestigious, upper-class network, good on cv, somewhat regulated work conditions compared to other banks in Istanbul where there are work/life balance.

      Cons

      Static, innovation discouraged, lots of drama and unethical games for promotion, negative vibes in management and in general, workload with little intellectuality while people hired are quite intellectual.

      Flexible schedule, work life balance is great, management willing to help you, weekly calls to help find out where you are on your loans

      Cons

      Processing times are not up to par, 45 day turn time for FHA loans, benefit packages are getting worse at time goes by.
