Pros

off on holidays off early in Saturday

Cons

If your new you work around others schedule. Small branches where about 5-7 employees where no one wants to help you. If you have a problem HR is no help. If you are part time plan on working every Saturday.

Pros

Multinational, good financial statements and ratios among its peers, and with a good strategy in Digital Banking and Digital Transformation

Cons

The bank hires people from outside (competitors and other companies) offering them very high salaries, meantime they keep traditional employees with very low salaries. The economic incentives in the promotions are not atractives since 2007, there are long careers with almost no promotions, and we don´t have annual increases in the salary since 2007.
