There is shuttle to go to work and return back to home, Meal during the lunch time. If you do not like to challenge yourself too much, then this place is perfect for you. After you just are accepted to the job, you do not have to push yourself. Year by year you can be a senior software engineer. And after 10 years, you can be easily senior specialist at Garanti Technology. And you can make quite good money,

Cons

Despite the good news that I have written, you may be stick into old technology. If you are a developer, you cannot easily find another job because you might be already behind the new technologies. And after being specialist, it is not certain that you can be a manager. You need to have good connections and your bosses should like you.
