      Cons

      Bad planning, Although you don't do extra hours, your working mood is always in a hurry. This makes you feel that you are not achieving expectations. No bonus salary for the extra effort

      - One can develop well-rounded corporate experience - Competitive salary - Before transformations in the company, software development life-cycle, used technology and company culture were out of date but relations were more sincere. Transformations resulted in poor employee attachment towards team and company

      Cons

      - Too many transformations at the same time( change in technology, culture, team members, performance assessment, expectations...) and full success expected - Too many working hours and because overtime working is paid, it is not appreciated - Incompetent managers, lack of coaching manager candidates
