      Pros

      Nice office, accessible to LRT just a short distance.

      Cons

      Bad management and bullying is their culture. They will not have respect for you and they are very manipulative. If their budget is having issue, they will just find reasons and put employees in PIP. This is their culture. Most of the employees doesn't have any work life balance as they workload is super heavy. Even on weekends, you have to work without any compensation.

      * Benefits are good * Relatively stable, hard to get fired * Compensation is at least market average (definitely not leading)

      Cons

      Unless you’re a chosen favorite early in your career, you will get little to no professional development, and you will get raises which only keep up with inflation. You’ll be functional, nothing more.
