      Pros

      I got the freedom to work on several cool projects and make a difference at my office. The staff was very friendly and open to speaking about anything. Management was great and well structured.

      Cons

      Initially I was quite bored because I ordered parts for my project online, I had to wait for them to come in, and my boss didn't have other work ready for me yet.

      Pros

      World class company that looks great on a resume. This company looks out for employees. Plenty of training opportunities and my mangers were always encouraging and fun. I was able to receive full reimbursement for my masters in business, WITHOUT at contract to work for BASF after graduation! Plus the best 401k in the business. They just give you 5% then match another 5%. THAT IS CRAZY! All employees start with 3 weeks vacation plus 12 holidays and unlimited sick days.

      Cons

      I hear that not all the business units are as fun to work with as my unit. Bureaucracy is pretty terrible.
