Many separate business units which are are run separately, but all expected to utilize same platform services i.e., ehs, credit, purchasing, hr, etc. One size fits all mentality toward business at different stages along the supply chain. Some businesses made raw materials or chemicals and some made finished good, all were treated same.

Management is not pleant to work with - they are 100% micro-managers, some departments can do whatever they wish and others are micromanaged to no end.
