      5% automatic 401k + 5% match 4 weeks vacation for most (more for high tenure employees) Interest in developing employees Parental leave: 8 weeks for any parent, additional short term disability for birth parents

      Pros

      The environment is not stressful... lots of free time to do own things even in regional roles. Good for private university graduates as more equal opportunities..!

      Cons

      Things move slowly... and some people do not even want to learn how to process an invoice... when they are the ones needing to do it. A lot power politics?. Who rules will bring own gang in...! Environment can be too relaxing too to the point of people not being relevant to real world anymore. Locals.. few chance to progress.
