      Pros

      Good benefits. Start at three weeks vacation. Full tuition reimbursement. Some opportunities for cross training, but you have to push for it.

      Cons

      Low pay. Likely to work as a contractor for at least a year. Limited career development and most job progression is almost entirely political.

      Annual bonus based on performance. Good vacations and contemporary benefits. Opportunities to move within the company and advance.

      Cons

      Pigeon-holed for opportunities. Some older managers that have a traditional nature do not respect female colleagues. No opportunities to work a few months at a different location (internationally) for entry to mid-level staff.
