      - Great benefits and compensation package. Will not find many other companies comparable - Flexible work policy/ work-life balance is great. Will also not find many other companies comparable to this. - Many opportunities to move around within the company - Amazing training/development programs and courses - Company heavily facilitates employee development - Extremely dynamic employee base with various types of backgrounds and ideas - Values diversity of thought and background

      Cons

      - Extremely political - Have to go through many channels for approval; prolongs decision making and implementation - More process driven than result driven - Very hierarchical - Can easily get lost at times in the organization if you do not network properly, or if you do not have a manager who promotes your work - While there are many opportunities to move around within the company, at times, has issues retaining top talent due to frequently pre-slating various job opportunities, and only promoting select few employees - Culture can be competitive and negative

      Well established and well known organization. Global player in Chemical Industry. Diversified business portfolio providing various career opportunities including international assignment. Friendly and down-to-earth working culture with focus on business ethics.

      Cons

      Not market/ customer-oriented. Hierarchical and slow in decision-making. Not dynamic enough to respond timely to market changes. Too complicated in the organizations which affect efficiency. Top management are still "German-centric".
