      Pros

      Nice office, accessible to LRT just a short distance.

      Cons

      Bad management and bullying is their culture. They will not have respect for you and they are very manipulative. If their budget is having issue, they will just find reasons and put employees in PIP. This is their culture. Most of the employees doesn't have any work life balance as they workload is super heavy. Even on weekends, you have to work without any compensation.

      Cons

      BASF hasn’t much Pharma business making hard to pursue other challenges within the company. It is the only BASF in Norway making also hard to do work / job rotations etc.
