      Workplace bullying and gender discrimination happen- During the meeting, I didn't say or ask much, so the boss accused me of sleeping in front of people. Because a male colleague looks like their previous colleague, they only answer and explain when he asks a question. After that, when I ask a question, they tell me to check with Copilot. As a result, I don't dare to ask questions anymore during meetings, and they directly accuse me. After the meeting, when I ask them questions, they say they are busy and tell me to train myself.
