Cons

Very process and procedure oriented, sometimes introducing innovative ideas can be frustrating. Can be slow moving, market follower. People tend to stay a long time sometimes limiting career advancment.

will be existing the next 100 years, a good reputaiton take care about education of employies

Cons

one of the BIG in the word in an area (chemistry) which has to be taken serious, that mens no risk - no fun - no spontaneus working style - everything is longterm orientied
