      Work life balance, benefits, great people. Global with lots of businesses, therefore opportunities to move around.

      Cons

      Flat organization - not a lot of room for upward mobility in some functions. Human resource process can be a bit shady for internal postings.

      Good work-life balance. Benefits above average. Some tracks are on cutting edge, can get great exposure.

      Cons

      Promotions are not often, selected folks (some are without appropriate skills) are pushed thru the system. if you are not the one, will have a tough time.
