Pros

Good company with great benefits. Rated among best company to work for according to Forbes magazine. The co workers are nice and friendly and dont mind lending a helping hand.

Cons

The working conditions can be harsh. Its extremely cold in the winter and extremely hot in the summer. Other than that, no cons.

It is a very large company, so there are often many hoops to jump through in order to get things done.
