      Pros

      You can build a long career and try different divisions to really expand your experience, the company really does promote and consider their people.

      Cons

      A very large company the lacks communication therefore theres a long cycle to implementing change or building a case for process improvement.

      The company willing to spend money on training and nurture new employees. They will issue certificate to you after you finished the training. mostly I like culture in BASF
