      The same people got the same jobs and the promotions. Locals always overlooked Poor management and leadership Poor IT systems Little or no accountability for staff Too many expat Germans on "holiday" Bureaucratic and not supports innovation and creativity Poor salaries high attrition rate - not many get past two years Business performance and outlook not good

      High priority is put on safety and ethical behavior. Company also allows a flexible work schedule including teleworking as long as it doesn't interfere with your performance

      Cons

      Feedback to internal job candidates is very poor when you don't get the job if you even get any feedback.
