Management des not really care about their staff. High staff turnover.

Pros

The individuals, other staff, and managers are great for the most part. The job is tough, but it can be fun and rewarding.

Cons

The corporate mentality is to bully the staff. They treat the staff like children in many cases. They seem to threaten to terminate employment a lot. They will institute a new policy and tell you that if you don't follow it, you will be terminated. It's no wonder they are a union company. Treatment must improve! There are very few long term employees because of this treatment. Nobody wants to stay after they have been treated poorly.
