They keep adding administration positions but no raises for staff. No one but administration gets yearly raises.

Administration doesn't care about staff or cloents. Staff consistantly works short with no incentive.

The consumers are really great to work with and help. They keep it real for the staff. The are happy to see staff when they go on their shift and really make staff feel good about their work.

Cons

There are too many to list here. The place is the most mismanaged company of any human service agency where I have ever worked. I work really hard trying to make my team feel important to BAMSI but the people at the very top could care less about the staff or the consumers. They pay people poorly so you think they could be a bit nicer. It is a very, very poorly lead organization.
